Membership Details

The group will be open to all persons over the age of 16 but younger people will be admitted at the discretion of the group. The group will only take responsibility for the younger person during the meeting and not outside the meeting room..

Members will provide their own materials.

A committee consisting of, a chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and one other person manage the group.

The cost to members will be decided at the AGM and be governed by the cost of the room.

The group is non profit making and any funds deemed as surplus towards the end of the financial year will be used for the benefit of the members to offset the cost of room hire or visiting speakers – as agreed by the group.

The cost to members will be sufficient to cover the cost of the room hire only and will be paid on or before the following dates April 1st, July1st, October 1st, January 1st, and can be paid in cash or by cheque. Currently this is £6 per month, payable quarterly :)
