Haydon Artists’ Society

We are a very friendly bunch of people who meet in Swindon Manor Indoor Bowls Club every Thursday from 7-9pm.

Aims of the Group

The aim of the group is to provide a quiet environment in which everyone, from beginners to experienced artists, can paint and draw. We are not a class, but people are encouraged to assist other members, but only if they are asked to do so.

Events and Exhibitions

We have exhibitions throughout the year for members that would like to display their work. We also hold other events such as trips to exhibitions and galleries, and have demonstrations from professional artists.

Commissions

Please note that gift tokens are available for purchase of a commissioned picture. This is negotiable with the chosen artist. Please contact Barbara Moody for more information or come along to North Swindon Library on Thursday evening.
